Have lots of leftover yarn? Want to bust your yarn stash? The Stash busting Challenge is a great way to make a dent in your pile of leftover yarn. You’re sure to find plenty of project ideas in this collection that includes 55 scrap yarn crochet patterns.
I love making small projects using up my leftover bits of yarn. Turns out I’m not alone!
To help inspire you with ways to use up your leftover yarn, I’ve joined a group of designers to offer you the Stash Busting Challenge! For four weeks, we are offering a new set of free patterns perfect for scrap yarn projects. You’ll be able to download the PDF of each pattern for one full week.
Once the event is over, you can return here and still find links to the patterns. Most of these patterns are always free on the designers’ blogs. Whenever you have a small amount of yarn leftover, just come back and peruse for more great ideas!
Like to knit? Want to try it out? There are four knitting projects thrown in too! If a project is a knitting project, it will be specified in the project description.

How does the Stash Busting Challenge Work?
A new set of PDF patterns will be available each week from June 15th to July 12th.

This will take you to each designer’s blog post about their design. The post will have all the information.
During the challenge, you’ll find the download button on the designer’s page. It will be the same as the button below. Each button will take you to Ravelry where you can enter coupon code SBCHALLENGE to download the pattern for free.
The event is a great way to find lots of scrap yarn crochet projects. Plus you’ll get to learn about new designers too! If you like what you see, take a look around at their other designs. Maybe you’ll find some more new patterns to inspire you!
