Do you enjoy making granny squares? They can be so much fun to make. They’re portable. You can make them in lots of colors. And, you can put them together in lots of different ways for blankets, shawls, placemats and lots of other kinds of projects. For several years I would make solid granny squares with my scraps of dk weight cotton and cotton blends. Finally I combined these to make my Mira Blanket pattern (coming soon on July 7, 2021 as part of a special event).
